Product return and exchange

Firstly:

Exchange and return within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the item without any reason, with some exceptions. The consumer has the right to exchange the item or return it with a refund of its cash value, without giving any reasons and without bearing any expenses, within fourteen days of receiving it.

 secondly:

Replacement and return within the specified warranty period against manufacturing defects 

Provided that the product is in its original condition as it was received or that the damage is not the result of negligence or misuse and is not subject to scratching or breakage. 

All product accessories must be intact and complete inside the box (warranty - accessories - invoice).
